The Foundation/Base Modality of SuperS.E.T is intensity [short rest] and supersets [back to back exercises] which keeps the pace high and the workouts effective and efficient.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
